Great West Drilling's Becker Hammer, Dual Wall Air Percussion, Rotary, and Hollow Stem Auger equipment is ideal for sampling formations and groundwater, and for well construction through the inside of the drill string. The unique, enclosed circulation system used by the Becker Hammer and Dual Wall Air Rotary drill completely contains samples of material and groundwater to avoid cross contamination.

Water bearing zones can be accurately delineated with these drills since no drilling fluids, other than air, are used. Open face bits allow for undisturbed sampling ahead of the bit with split spoons, tube samplers, groundwater samplers, core barrels and other sampling devices.

We provide OSHA 40 hour health and safety training, supervisor training and annual 8 hour refresher courses for our employees.
